What are the arrangements for making a complaint?
We are delighted that you have chosen to send your child to Streetsbrook. We work extremely hard to provide each and every child with the best possible education and we ask for your support in this. Should you have any concerns or worries, please do not hesitate to get in touch straight away, so that they can be addressed quickly and effectively.
Should you feel your concern or complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily, you should contact Mrs Kate Llewellyn, the school’s Chair of Governors, via the school.
