Holiday Club

Other than our closures on four INSET days, Christmas Closure and bank holidays, we offer a holiday club during each school holiday. The majority of our staff work all year round so children are familiar with the adults who care for them; this ensures our policies and procedures are effectively maintained throughout the year. 

We actively encourage the children to help plan our daily activities so we ensure we are meeting their interests. These have consisted of Quiz & Games Days, Bug Hunts, Cookery Days and Cartoon Character Themed Days. This is then enhanced by regular input from outside providers.

Please note the new booking system from October 2026 is as follows:-

To book a space you must:-

• Fully complete the booking form.
• Once received, this will be passed to Miss Taylor to check availability.
• An email, together with an invoice will be sent out confirming your booking.
• All invoices are due for payment within 3 days of receipt of the invoice – please note that your sessions are not booked or secured until that payment has been received.
• Once the payment has been received, the sessions are non-refundable.
• Bookings will be on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. 

Please note that if you have booked a late session (3.15-5.30pm), this includes a healthy snack only.  You will need to provide a packed tea box, which will be stored in the fridge. 

There has been a change to the eligibility criteria for children accessing the Solihull HAF Programme. From Easter HAF 2026, children will only be eligible if they attend a Solihull school or live in the Solihull borough.

As a result, any bookings for children who live outside the borough and attend a school outside Solihull will no longer meet the eligibility criteria and bookings must not be accepted.

Children who live in Solihull but attend school outside the borough must complete a form so we can carry out a free school meal eligibility check
